This size small long-sleeve snug sweater dress by Nicole Miller has a geometric print and somewhat of an Art Deco vibe. It is sure to be the perfect addition to your cold-weather clothing collection.

My favorite part of this dress is the pattern. The black, white, and lime green peacock feather-like design is eye-catching. And yet it is subtle enough that you won’t stand out too much if worn to work or a more formal event.

When you put this dress on it hugs the body showing off your natural curves. The length hits above the knee and the neckline is cut high. With a pair of thigh or knee high boots and tights you’ll be all set for a brisk and breezy cool day!

And one more piece of good news! At full retail, this dress probably would cost upwards of $100.

I have a Nicole Miller dress just like this one in my closet and I’m ecstatic that you’ll have the opportunity to own a similar gem! It’s one of my favorite flirty winter staples to wear to work or out to dinner at a funky DC restaurant.

Over the Knees

When I wear this number it’s usually with over-the-knee boots. Reading fashion magazines these days it’s apparent to me that this style of boot is on trend. All types of celebrities are wearing them out running errands. My over-the-knee boots are my favorite boot footwear in my closet at the moment – it’s practically like wearing a pant leg in sassy shoe form.

With my boots I usually wear a pair of plain or patterned sheer tights. I’ve actually been stocking up on them at Goodwill. A new pair, in packaging, will cost you $2 or under.

Add a long black coat and blingy jewelry you’ll be all set!

Speaking of jewelry, here are a few recommendations:

With a high neckline like the one on this Nicole Miller sweater dress, I always wear flashy bling necklaces. The metal won’t rub against your neck and a warmer gold tone will glow and contrast nicely against the black, green, and white of the fabric.

But if you do wear a big necklace, go light on the earrings. One main focal point will suffice and shine brighter.

How would you style this #MyGoodwillFind sweater dress, dear readers?
