Hello, DC Goodwill Fashionista readers!
As a follower of this blog and a lover of anything vintage, coming up with a post topic for you all was surprisingly a little difficult. Maybe it is my indecisiveness or just overload of ideas in my head. I have decided to show you some of my latest finds from Goodwill through the eyes of my Instagram. This ended up being the best choice due to the lack of time I had for this and the not-so-great weather today. I hope you enjoy this short post and these couple shots of what I have recently found at Goodwill.
Aztec print button-up – Could not resist buying this shirt solely because of the print. Although my style has polished up lately, I am still a sucker for a little boho. I am dying to wear this to a concert, paired with my Steve Madden fringe bag that you can see here.
Chambray + eyelet top – Another top perfect for a concert, or just a warm summer day. I am going to be on the lookout for a black cotton dress I can wear underneath (I have a little obsession with pairing tops over dresses lately), and then all I need are sandals to finish off the outfit. Comfortable and easy!
Classic loafers – I was one happy girl when I found these flats. Since I live in the city now, flats have become my best friend! You can see them in one of my outfit posts here.
Cropped blazer – As you can tell, I still need to get this jacket dry-cleaned. I fell in love with the simple bow on the back and of course the color. Perfect to throw on for work!
Lime green blouse – This has pretty much become the only crazy neon in my entire wardrobe. With the whole neon thing trending this season, I must admit I was not for it. Let’s see if I get brave enough to wear this..
Polka dot blazer – My favorite purchase of all! This blazer (originally from The Limited) is long enough to act as a dress, but of course it still needs something simple underneath. Already planning when I can throw this on with some platforms.
Thank you, DC Goodwill Fashionista, for this opportunity to share my thrifting addiction with the blogosphere. Make sure to keep your eyes out for all these things to show up on my blog sometime soon!
